STEP 01

Connect to Formation Cycler

Our edge connector software installs on a standard rack PC co-located with your cycler cluster. It subscribes to the cycler's data stream and buffers cell telemetry locally. Setup time: 4–6 hours per line. No production interruption required — the edge connector monitors passively.

STEP 02

Real-Time ML Inference

As formation progresses, our model scores each cell every 5 minutes against its expected signature envelope. The model adapts to your cell chemistry and cycler profile during a 2-week calibration window, then maintains continuous learning as your process evolves.

STEP 03

Alert + Root Cause Report

When a cell's signature deviates from its expected envelope beyond the sensitivity threshold, Moldpathio fires a tray-level alert to your dashboard and (optionally) your MES webhook or email. The alert includes defect class, confidence, affected positions, and process adjustment guidance.

What Moldpathio connects to

Moldpathio reads from your cyclers and writes to your existing alerting and data export channels. It does not replace your MES, your cycler controller, or your formation protocol. It adds a quality inference layer on top of the data those systems already generate.
